Refund policy

Customers are expected to report any item within 24 hours from receiving it to be qualified for a replacement.

The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed:

• The wrong product was sent by elPudor.
• The product is defective.

Note: No cancellation or refund is allowed.
